Cervoz modules integrate advanced wear-leveling algorithms and the Advanced LDPC ECC Engine to assure high data integrity and reliability. The wear-leveling algorithms evenly distribute data across flash memory, which significantly extends its lifespan. The ECC Engine is pivotal in maintaining data accuracy. It performs error detection and correction during data transfer, enhancing the overall integrity of the data.

The Advanced LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) ECC Engine, is an evolved error-correcting mechanism. It surpasses its predecessors in terms of precision, with the ability to correct more errors per page than earlier systems. This improvement contributes to the sustained lifespan of SSDs. Additionally, Cervoz modules feature End-to-End data protection, another critical aspect for ensuring data reliability. Designed to operate in extreme conditions, a wide range of Cervoz's flash modules include a wide-temperature version that can operate smoothly from -40°C to 85°C. There’re also several advanced features to certify their resilience against shock and vibration, essential in demanding industrial applications. Including Dynamic Thermal Throttling, which regulates performance to prevent overheating based on the module's temperature; optional Anti-Vibration Fill for added shock and vibration protection; and Conformal Coating, a protective film shielding the modules from moisture, dust, chemicals, and sunlight.

This process effectively minimizes wear on the flash storage, extending the module's lifespan, especially in applications that frequently write large amounts of small-sized data.

Cervoz addresses this with hardware-based AES encryption, which involves using the AES algorithm with a key size of 256 bits to securely encrypt plaintext data, offers robust protection against brute force attacks, and is recognized as the most secure encryption standard. Additionally, in the military-grade model M339, the inclusion of write protection, quick-erase, and self-physical destruction features provide the optimal data security level.
